Cable Connection provides residential internet and television services. Our services include:

- Digital television programming with multiple channel packages
- Cloud DVR and on-demand content
- Professional installation and technical support
- Equipment rental and maintenance
Account Creation and Security
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Keeping your account information current and accurate
Billing and Payments
Monthly Charges
Service charges are billed monthly in advance. Your first bill may include prorated charges for the current month plus the next full month of service.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due by the date specified on your bill
- Late fees may apply after 10 days past due
- We accept various payment methods including autopay
- Returned payments incur additional fees
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days' advance notice. You may cancel your service if you do not agree to the new pricing.
Fair Use Policy
Our internet service is designed for residential use. While we don't impose data caps, we reserve the right to manage network traffic during peak usage periods to ensure quality service for all customers.
Prohibited Uses
- Commercial use without appropriate business plan
- Running servers or providing internet access to others
- Illegal activities or copyright infringement
- Activities that interfere with network security or performance
Equipment
Rental Equipment
Cable Connection provides equipment necessary for service delivery. This equipment remains our property and must be returned upon service termination.
Customer Responsibilities
- Proper care and use of provided equipment
- Protection from damage, theft, or loss
- Return of equipment within 30 days of service termination
- Payment of replacement costs for damaged or unreturned equipment
Service Interruptions
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, interruptions may occur due to:
- Scheduled maintenance and upgrades
- Emergency repairs or network issues
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Third-party service provider issues
We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible and work to minimize service disruptions.
Limitation of Liability
Cable Connection's liability is limited to the monthly service charges for the period during which the service issue occurred. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions beyond our control
- Damages resulting from misuse of our services
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Cable Connection harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, including violations of these terms or applicable laws.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state where your service is provided. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
